My Story
Having spent the last 20 years of my life working in IT, sitting in front of a computer screen day after day, I felt it was finally time to reconnect with my second favourite subject from school—art. Leathercraft seemed the perfect medium to reignite that creative spark. To me, leatherworking isn't just a craft; it's a form of artistic expression.
I began by acquiring essential equipment, exploring both traditional techniques and modern innovations. It didn't take long before I was completely captivated. Driven by passion, I dove into creating projects that truly resonated with me, refining each design until it felt just right. Leather tarot mats quickly became a personal favourite. Even now, as I write this, new design ideas continually spark in my imagination.
In late 2024, I converted my garage outbuilding into a dedicated, fully functional workshop. This custom-built 20m² space allowed me to design every detail for maximum creativity and efficiency. Although what once seemed a spacious haven is now already starting to feel a bit snug, it's a wonderful problem to have.
