Processing Times
Made-to-order items take approximately 7-10 working days to produce. The production process involves multiple stages, including tooling, dyeing, and antiquing, which require 2-3 days of drying time before assembly and packaging.

Delivery Times
Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of the order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- UK Domestic: 1-3 business days
- Europe: Not currently available
- USA & Canada: 7-10 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-14 business days

No charges apply as items are shipped domestically.

US Customers
I’ve taken extra steps to ensure your order arrives with no unexpected customs fees. Duties and taxes are handled in advance. Please note: due to recent US government customs changes, parcels may occasionally take longer to clear.

Other International Customers
Your order may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes upon arrival in your country. These fees are set by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient.

Lost or Delayed Packages
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please allow an additional 7 business days before contacting.
- If your package is confirmed lost by Royal Mail, I will offer a replacement or refund.

If a package is returned to me because it was not collected from a postal facility or was refused by the recipient, the buyer is responsible for any re-shipping fees.
