Hand-crafted from Pueblo leather, sourced from the prestigious Italian tannery Badalassi Carlo. The Ashbourne begins with a unique, slightly coarse matte texture. With every use, the leather transforms, naturally polishing its fibres to develop a rich, smooth patina that darkens in tone and reflects your unique history.
The thin leather loop is closed, meaning that it cannot accidentally come undone. The loop makes it convenient to hang on wall hooks. The split ring is held in place using Chicago screws.
The split ring has an internal diameter of 25mm (1"). It is therefore large enough to hold a generous amount of keys.

How it's made
The first step is to stamp out the shape using a die cutter and a clicker press. Before assembly, I use a hot stamping machine to deboss text into the leather.
I then loop the leather through a split ring and secure it with a Chicago screw, which is secured with a drop of thread locker.
